About Us

General Objectives and Areas of Activity of the Association
The European Association for Sustainable Innovative Approaches operates

with the aim of contributing to the social, cultural, and economic development of Türkiye and Europe. The association organizes activities in education, culture, social development, R&D and innovation, consultancy services, as well as sports and artistic events targeted at various segments of society. In doing so, it seeks to transform need groups such as youth, women, children, persons with disabilities, refugees, the underprivileged, the elderly, and students into more productive and active participants in social life, to enhance their employability, to strengthen their participation in social activities, and to expedite their social integration.

Activities Related to the Application Field

1. Educational Projects:
   • Comprehensive projects aimed at enhancing the educational levels of children and youth are developed.
2. Cultural and Social Development Programs:
   • Workshops, seminars, and educational programs are organized to support the social, psychological, and cultural development of need groups such as youth, women, children, persons with disabilities, refugees, the underprivileged, and the elderly.
3. Vocational Training and Skills Development:
   • Vocational training programs and skills development initiatives are implemented to increase employability.
4. Environmental and Climate Change Awareness:
   • Initiatives are conducted to raise awareness on global environmental issues and climate change, in alignment with sustainable development goals, through educational programs and campaigns.
5. Integration and Reduction of Social Exclusion:
   • Programs supporting the integration of refugees and individuals under temporary protection, as well as projects providing legal support, psychological counseling, and social integration services for disadvantaged groups, are carried out.
6. Artistic and Cultural Events:
   • Artistic and cultural events are organized to increase the participation of disadvantaged groups in social life, aiming to support social solidarity and cultural diversity.

These provisions objectively and legally present the activities of the association as interdisciplinary and scientific efforts aimed at ensuring social cohesion, increasing employment opportunities, and supporting sustainable development.

Learner Profiles and Age Groups Concerned by the Association’s Work
The activities of the association are designed to address the needs of disadvantaged groups, including youth, women, children, people with disabilities, refugees, the underprivileged, and the elderly. In this context, comprehensive, innovative, and sustainable projects are developed and implemented. These initiatives primarily focus on enhancing the educational levels of children and youth, and on supporting their social, psychological, and cultural development. The projects aim to foster greater awareness, productivity, and active participation in social life among these groups. Additionally, the association endeavors to raise awareness of global environmental issues, climate change, and sustainable development goals, while promoting equal participation in society, social justice, and equal opportunities. Integration programs for refugees and individuals under temporary protection—comprising legal assistance, psychological counseling, skills development training, and social integration projects—are also implemented to ensure harmonious coexistence with the local community.
